Giannis is an Economist and a doctor of Psychology at New Port University in the US, with a special training in Crisis Intervention. With over 30 years of experience in Business Psychology, he has created Self-awareness sessions, parent-training sessions and individual therapy. He has trained a large number of business executives and been working since 1979, notably in Business Psychology. His projects have been presented in international psychology conferences in the UK and other countries. He has a consistent communication with well-known psychologists worldwide, for research, analyses and exchange of views and ideas. He presented his first project in Oxford, called: “Diagnosis of behavior that creates dysfunction in relationships”.


Mental Health Expert

Eirini is a doctor of Psychology at Columbia University. With over 50 years of experience, she has created self-awareness sessions, group sessions, parent-training sessions and individual therapy.

Her biggest initiative was presented in Oxford, based on 4 main pillars of self-awareness: Observation, Acceptance, Realisation of erroneous beliefs and Change of behaviour.

She is a member of the company “Adler’s Psychology”, a regular partner and coordinator in a great number of its programs.



Nutrition Expert

Christina is a Nutritionist – Dietitian with a BSc from the Alexander Technological and Educational Institute, in Thessaloniki, Greece and an M.Sc

(Medical Science) with merit in Human Nutrition, Awarded with Specialisation in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Glasgow. Since 2003, she has been Head Dietitian at the “Nutrition Support & Dietetics” Department of IASO. She is specialising in sports nutrition and she has served as a member of the Scientific Board of Approvals (Product Assessment Division: Foodstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Uses and Food Supplements) of the National Organization for Medicines (EOF).


Fitness Expert 

Ioanna was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. In 2011 she graduated from the Gymnastics Academy of Athens, having completed two specialties: sports marketing and water skiing. She started working directly as a personal trainer in successful gyms. After several years of experience, she takes the next step and gives shape to her dream by founding IL Exclusive Fitness by Ioanna Laoumtzi while presenting to the public Exclusive Fitness Philosophy. She believes that gymnastics can be combined with an exclusive way of life and daily life, with the sole purpose of gaining the necessary experience and knowledge to develop her own personal philosophy around gymnastics. Ioanna is an Adidas Ambassador!


Mindfulness Expert 

Vassilis main academic background is in business and marketing, holding an MBA from the University of Bridgeport, USA. Around 2009 and due to personal life challenges, he began to deepen his understanding and knowledge of the theory, benefits and applications of mindfulness. The turning point for his decision to fully immerse and engage with mindfulness, came when he had the unique opportunity to meet and work with Jon Kabat-Zinn while participating in one of his workshops. Following a series of professional training programs, international workshops and formal studies including a semester in Buddhist psychology at the Kathmandu University (Rangjung Yeshe Institute), in 2015 Vassilis acquired authorization to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program of the Centre For Mindfulness and Medical School of the University of Massachusetts.
